Everybody writes for the them who already knows about making money. Johnchow, problogger.net, Shoemoney, Neil patel and Dosh Dosh. These blogs are for those who are already into the business and want to motetize their earning. In other word for them who want to “make more money” not for them who want to “make money” .

Feed reading is easy. You should not go to each sites you like. You just have a feed reader and you can read all the blogs from a single page. You may have added the feed of all top blogs added in Bloglines like me. I suggest you not to use feed readers if you’re starting a new blog. Here’s why?
Reading feeds means you will not make any comments on the blog post unless you’re too concerned. Specially if you give a very informative and good comment the fellow commentators will surely go to your site via the link in your name. You can even put your link there, I mean in comment if you have something good on your blog related to the blog post. So this is another small but the most forgotten way to make profit from websites.

If you are using paid advertising? Then you must be are paying double than what publishers actually got. Payperpost, Reviewme and Text links ads are three hottest advertising method these days and they take 50% of what advertiser pays and publishers get only 50%. I am not saying they do not deserve this 50% but if you’re less on money then you can directly contact the publishers rather than buying links via Review me or Textlinkads.

Allmost all blogs or sites which are listed on Review me has a “contact me” or “advertisement” page. You can try making offer from those pages so you can get it for less than the money specified by the Reviewme or other. For example, Reviewme as assigned the price of link on www.nintynine.org USD 40$. From that 40$, only 20$ goes to the blog owner. Now what can you actually do after finding www.nintynine.org is go to nintynine.org then contact the blog owner offering 30$. You will save 10$ here and of course the blog will earn 10$ more that what he could earn from Reviewme.

P.S. I do not recommend it if you’re not low in money.

I often work with the same client again and again. This is easier than looking for a new work after you finish one. I have a friend,he works a lot. But when he finishes work for a client then he stops talking with that client. The client is online in my IM but he doesn’t care. Not only my friend there are hundreds of other people who does same.

Here is my story. Someone gave me some lines to translate in Hindi. There was 5-6 lines and he paid me 5$ for that. My friend would just leave him after finishing that but I didn’t. I never do that. I talked with him more. I asked what he does. He said he is a domainer, I said him that I have some domains to sell, I showed my domain to him and he bought one. I talked even more, he asked about me. I said I also run a web designing firm, he asked for my portfolio, I showed him that and he liked. He immediately ordered a logo.

The work started in 5$ and ended after making 75$ in a day.

Specially, if you’re a freelancer and working with someone who is in offshore, there may be higher chance that the client may have some other jobs in hand. So I suggest you to talk little bit more with him after finishing the task. You can still get advantage if the client does not have anything in hand. You can actually make him create another job for you. For example, if you know SEO and now working on making new site for a client then you can talk with him about SEO. He might think about doing SEO after you talk with him, if he have not thought that earlier.

So, try to be friendly and talk more with the clients. It helps you to make more profit.

Alexa ranking is the second thing (after google page rank) generally people look at to find out the popularity of the site. It works for the big sites but it does not for the smaller sites. Also this can show good result to the webmaster related sites and can show not good for a art site. Because Alexa ranking is determined by the number of visitors who uses Alexa toolbar and the alexa toolbar is only popular among the webmasters. It also shows the same results in the regional sites. The main thing behind the increasing alexa ranking is visitors. Its definitely necessary for not only the alexa but all other performance of site. But you may be especially intrested on alexa if you’re using textlinkads or reviewme. The method I’m going to tell you here is “visitor exchange” system. You will get visitors from this method but this will not be used for anything else than the Alexa. Who cares about anything else? you’re only needing the number alexa. There are lots of visitor exchange websites which sends visitor to your site when you visit others site.

Autohits is one of such programmes. They send visitors to you site in exchange of your visit to other websites.You will need to visit their sites. But dont panic, you do not actually need to visit their site. You just keep your window open and the new sites will be loaded in the browser in each 30 seconds. And in each 30 seconds you will be credited with certain numbers and those number will be used to get you more visitors. So its simple.

If you stay online 10 hours then keep one window open for Autohits all the time. 600 minutes and 300 visitors to you site. And this will increase your alexa ranking obviously. Its not really very good for the established sites because 300 is not too much for them but if you’re just starting, if you want to make good with textlinkads fast then try this.
